Seminars,
Workshops,
and Keynote Presentations
Our career-oriented seminars, workshops, and keynote
presentations target three key audiences:
- Career Practitioners Who Counsel
Introverts — We offer our unique Job Search
Success for (Complete) Introverts presentation as a 90-minute
workshop, a half-day seminar, or even a full-day training event.
The goal: To teach our fellow career practitioners how to best
help their introverted clients when it comes to the job search
and other career matters. (Note: We can also develop a customized
keynote or workshop presentation geared to your group's particular
needs and goals.)
- Job Seekers and Career Changers Who
Are Introverts — In our Job Search
Success for (Complete) Introverts presentation for job seekers,
we spend 90 minutes covering specific job search strategies that
introverted job seekers will appreciate, and actually use! (Note:
We can also develop a customized workshop presentation geared
to your particular needs and goals.)
- Employers Who Evaluate and Hire
Introverts — Our How Introverts Tick (and Don't)
presentation can be customized for either the people who evaluate
prospective employees for your company (and who might well be
missing or overlooking some wonderful introverted candidates!),
or the people who work with and/or supervise introverted colleagues
(and who may be struggling to keep teams happy, and thus productive).

"We're
about half the population. We like to think before we speak. We
spend time alone because it refreshes us, not because we're lonely.
And we would rather have a few in-depth conversations than work
the room at a networking event. We're introverts."

"It was
enlightening to hear that most job search strategies are geared
toward extroverted clients, and that instead of trying to
force our introverted clients to change, a better approach
is to adapt the job search strategies to more effectively
fit their styles."
